CYCLING.
WELLINGTON CASH CYCLING CLUB. Judging from the number ot entries received by the secretary of the above club last night for its forthcoming meeting on the Athletic Park the affair should prove an eminently satisfactory one from every standpoint. Over 140 nominations were received in all, which is a matter for congratulation. Outside riders have liberally patronised the various ©vents, and Reynolds, Forbes and Hunt have signified their intention of coming across from Australia to assist at the function. With such men racing as Barker, Clarkson, Sutherland (winner of the last wheel race at Lancaster Park, Christchurch), Henry, Graham, Campbell, Wall and others there should be some hot contests. ' The meeting takes place on January 26th. The visitors are to be entertained at asocial,” which the committee is organising in their honour.
