At a meeting of tho committee of the Chamber of Commerce to-day letters were read from the Now Zealand Shipping Company and the Shaw, Savill and Albion Company, intimating that they could not see their wiy to modify their decision to cease hooking to Dunedin while the Victoria Channel remained as at present. The letters were referred to the Harbour Board. Mr R.
