NEW ZEALAND TIMES COMPANY (Limited). THE Annual Meeting of Shareholders in the above Company will be held in the Chamber of Commerce, Lambton quay, Wellington, on MONDAY, sth April, 1897, at 3 o’clock p.ra. That it is desirable that the good* will, assets, undertaking and business of the Company should be sold by the said Liquidator to a Company about to be formed to be called ** fh© New Zealand Times Company, Limited,” t upon the tornft and conditions contained in tho draft agreement submitted to this meeting, and expressed to be made between this Company and its Liquidator of the one part, and a Trustee or Agent, on behalf of the said proposed Company of the other part. 3. That the said Draft Agreement submitted to this meeting and expressed to be made between this Company and its Liquidator of the one part, and the said Trustee or Agent, <Ju behalf of the said proposed Company of tho other pact be and tho same is hereby approved, and that tho said liquidator be and is hereby authorised pursuant to Section 193 of ‘ ‘ The Companies A c 11832, ’ * to enter into an agreement with tne said Trustee or Agent on behalf of tho said proposed Company, and to carry the same into effect with such (if any) modifications as they may thinkexpcdionb, and that the said Liquidator be and he is hereby authorised to consent to the registration of tho said proposed new Company. Should the abo*o resolutions numbered 1, 2 and 3 be passed hv tho requisite majority, they will be submitted for confirmation as special resolutions 1 n an Extraordinary General Meeting wh.oh will be subsequently convened. The retiring directors are Messrs John Young and J. A. Plinmier, both of whom, i being eligible, have given notice of their intention to stand for re-election. The retiring auditors are Messrs C. A.
