CARL HERTZ.

There was again a good attendance at the Opera House last night, when Carl Hertz gave the last but one of his entertaining performances. A flash-light photograph was successfully taken of the audience by Mr Muir, of the firm of Herrmann and Co. A matinee will be given this afternoon at 2.30, to which children will be admitted at half-price, and to-night Carl Hertz will close a record season of his tour. As an extra attraction the great illusion “ Noah’s Ark, or After the Flood,” will be reproduced, and all the favourite pictures of the oinomatographo: The widow's kiss, Parliament street, London, comic costume race, the Prince’s 'Derby, Loie Fuller’s serpentine dance (in ■ colours), the sea cave in the Atlantic, a terrible night, and tea new pictures will be presented.
