RESIGNATION OF MR H. MACKENZIE.

Mr Henry Mackenzie has received notification from the directors of the Bank of New Zealand that his resignation, us from 31st March, Has been accepted. In reply to his letter of resignation the board has forwarded to Mr Mackenzie a resolution to the effect that they place on record the fact that whilst he '■was general manager of the Bank of New Zealand, from 25th November, 181)5, to 10th February, 1807, his conduct and efficiency gave the board great satisfaction. They further wish him success and happiness in hla future career.
