Congratulations were also to bo sent .to tho following on their re-election: —Hon W, Hall-Jones, Messrs Flat-man, Millar, Duncan, J. W. Kelly and Major Steward. It was also decided ,to congratulate tho Wellington- branch of the Union for assisting to place its candidate, Mr J, Hutcheson, at tho bead ef the poll.
