WANT OF ENERGY.
Everyone confined all day sooner or later becomes , a confirmed dyspeptic. No matter how well our offices and factories are ventilated, want of ont-door exercise and fresh air tolls its tale very speedily. The < appetite .needs tempting, the bowd** become irregular, nerves are irritated, the spirits are depressed. This, combined with aleoplosmeaa, or, what is almost as bad, waking unrofrashed, tells its tale speedily. Columns could'be written upon this subject, but to those who suffer as above a word will be enough. That word is “ Wafioo ” —2s 6d all chemists and store--keepers.
