POLITICAL CRISIS IN FRANCE.

Barthou, Minister of Public Works, caused an animated scene in the Chamber of Deputies. By a majority of twenty-two the Chamber carried a motion of censure on M. Dupuy, President and Minister of the Intenorjfor not protecting the State against the aggression of railway companies. The Governmenthaa resigned.
