Auckland, October 25. The City Rowing Club has sent an order to Melbourne for a new outrigger racing gig, to be delivered in Auckland in time for the coming regattas and cither contests. At the annual meeting of the Auckland Yacht Club, Mr A. J. Bloomfield moved: “ That the Auckland Yacht Club recommend the New Zealand Yacht Association to place a race for two and a-half raters on tho championship programme.” The motion was unanimously agreed to. Mr J. Wiseman was re-elected commodore.
