Owing to tho heavy north-easter, the Northern Chief, barque, has put back. The weather ia execrable, there having been rain for 24 hours. The rainfall for July was 5*34 inches. The average for July for 25 years was 4 64. The rainfall daring the past 24 hours was U inches.
