Railway passengers in Eagland in future will have the opportunity of obtaining an entirely free insurance policy. The Menawar Ticket Advertising and Insurance Company, Suffolk House, Cannon street, E C., are inducing the railway companies to give a free policy ticket to every passenger. Tho ticket is covered with advertisements, and the income from this source is to replace tho usual penny or more paid by the passenger.
