Napier, December I. The Supreme Court opened to-day. The divorce case Engleton r Engleton and Seager had to be adjourned in consequence of informalities in the proceedings. The husband is the petitioner, and damages are claimed. The respondent was not represented, and the co-respondent only in reference to damages.
