Sydney, September 21. ’ The bishops of New South Wales have decided to take the opinion of counsel with regard to the legality of the impending election of a bishop to the vacant see of Sydney. Melbourne, September 21. The Union Company steamship Rotomahana, which was due here yesterday, has not yet arrived.
