Many of the sections are covered with valuable totara, matai, red and yellow pine timber, and as the railway to the Port of Foxton from Feilding will be completed within twelve months, and the line to Wanganui is also being rapidly proceeded with, this sale offers special inducements to saw-mill owners and persons engaged in the timber trade.
