The block, which will be offered for sale IN ONE lot, is, by the plan, divided into sections, numbered from one to fifteen inclusive, each section having one or more frontages to public streets, varying in -width from 60 to 100 feet, which streets will be formed and metalled, and' the footpaths kerbed, at the expense of the Provincial Government.
