The trade recoded to low water mark that year, for we find that since then tho tide has heon making, and readied a greater height this year than it over did before, inasmuch that since the beginning of January last no fewer than thirtytwo vessels have arrived direct from tho United Kingdom, tho aggregate tonnage being tons.
