TE ARO RECLAMATION BILL.

TO THE EDITOR. Sir, — X see by your parliamentary report that during'the debate on the above subject, Mr. Bunny stated “ that no private interests were affected.” _ May I then, Sir, inquire what is to be done with the owners of property in Courtenay Place, whose boundary, according to their Crown grants, is Lambton Harbor. Provision should certainly be made in the Act to protect their right (if any) to the water frontage. Thanks are due to Mr. Vogel for his action in the matter. Caution is very necessary where large schemes are proposed by such enlightened bodies as our City Corporation.— I am, &c., Tjs Abo.
