Prospectuses. rpHE INDUSTRIAL PERMANENT, JL LAND, BUILDING, AND INVESTMENT SOCIETY. This Society is established solely to benefit the working man. No member can hold more than twelve shares, or be entitled to more than one vote. Should a member realise his shares for six years, his weekly payment per she will be 4s. sd. ; but should sickness or soi unforseen accident occur, thereby renderi him incapable of paying that amount, then uy giving one week's notice to the Manager, he is transferred to the eight, ten, or twelve yea table, thereby reducing his weekly payment of 4s. sd. to 3s. Bd., or 3s. 3d., or 2s. lid, as the case may be, and by this arrangement the iniquitous system of heavy fines is entirely abolished. Investing members will have to pay the weekly sum of 2s. per share for eight years, 1-mf r-an at any time realise on shares thus ind, and the whole amount so paid will be piaced to their credit. The great advantage of this will be apparent to all, and members are thus protected against the great loss that usually follows the selling out of invested shares. The fines of this Society will be found far below that of any other similar Society. The Society's office is opened daily from 9 ni. to 6 p.m., and on Mondays, Wednesdays, ad Saturdays, from. 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., to jceive applications for shares, and every information can be obtained from' the Manager.
