It has been estimated by competent judges as capable of being made to carry 1000 Head of 'Cattle. Few more eligible properties have been offered in this Province, and should the Auctioneers not meet with a purchaser for the whole, the Estate will be subdivided into Fanns and disposed of at public auction, of which due notice will be given.
