BLACK SEA MUTINY
THE ODESSA AFFAIR. DECISION OF THE RUSSIAN ADMIRALTY. OFFICERS RETIRED. ST. PETERSBURG, August 17. The following naval officers, who were concerned in recent mutinies or their suppression have been placed on the retired list:— Vice-Admiral Kruger. Rear-Admiral Vichnevetsky. Captain Gouzevitch, of the Georgi Pobiedonosteff (with the rank of rear-admiral). Captain Baranowsky, of the Prout (with the rank of captain).
