The following naval officers, who were concerned in recent mutinies or their suppression have been placed on the retired list:— Vice-Admiral Kruger. Rear-Admiral Vichnevetsky. Captain Gouzevitch, of the Georgi Pobiedonosteff (with the rank of rear-admiral). Captain Baranowsky, of the Prout (with the rank of captain).
