"QUERRY," Coonoor. The following form of will is valid and binding: "I (name, occupation and address; declare this to be my last will and testament. I give and bequeath to (state dispositions intended to be made); and I appoint (here insert names) as trustees of this my will.” Instead of this last sentence, it mayweed—"and I appoint (name and address) sole executor (or executrix) of this my will.” The will should be written in ink and should close as follows:—"As -witness my hand this day of and should be witnessed by two persons not interested the " in the following form: ■—"Signed by the testator, as and for his last will and testament, in the piesence of us, who in his presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto set our names as witnesses.” Here follow the names occupations and addresses of the ’witnesses.
