ANNUAL REPORT. Your committee have again pleasure in presenting their annual balance-sheet* which discloses a most satisfactory •position, the profit on the year’s working amounting to £1162 2s 6d, as against £541 13s 9d for the previous year, while the balance of assets over liabilities now stands at £2798 8s Bd, as against £1946 8s 8d last year. During th e year two most successful meetings were held, and it is confidently anticipated that in the near future it will be necessary to erect an outside stand, and by so doing further popularise the meetings. The much-required totalisator house has been erected, and is. much appreciated both by investors and totalisator proprietors, who are now able to carry out their work without the slightest diffi* culty. Thanks to the able management of your course committee (Messrs W. C. Adamson and Robert Hicks), the tracks have been kept in good order, and oomplaints have been few and far between. The laying down of a cinder track has been frequently mooted, and will be a matter for consideration by the incoming committee. The thanks of members are due to Mr C. Goodson for the careful manner in which he has conducted the farming during the year. BALANCE-SHEET.
