THE EXHIBITION SPORTS.

X 11& ii.Al-JLJ.mj.IUiN OrKJIXjLb.

TO THE EDITOR. Siu, —Yesterday there was exhibited, next to the pay-window at the Bicycle Sports, a notice : "Grandstand, Is." The public thought they were securing the right to this and other parts by payment of that sum. This was deliberate misrepresentation. Another shilling was do- . manded after admittance into the ground for the privilege of looking down upon J advertisements. You couldn't see anything else. Why did not the committee say grandstand Is extra, and let the public know what they were doing.—l am, &c. Done. November 10, 1896.
