RULES AND REGULATIONS. All races to be run under the New Zeaand Rules of Racing. In case of protest fie same must be lodged with the Secre;ary within fifteen minutes after the race ias been run, with a deposit of two pounds, iuch deposit to be forfeited if the protest be found frivolous or vexatious.
