LATE COMMERCIAL.

Freeman R. Jackson and Co.’s Johnson ville stock report (telegraphed on the 19th to the Times) is as follows : —We had not our full complement of cattle at the sale today. They were without quotable change. A few ewes were entered. Lambs were generally poor and light. Pigs sold fairly well. Cattle —Best bullocks,.£7 15s to £810s; others, £7- 10s 6d to <£7 155,. equal tq 19s per 1001 b ; cows made from £3 to. £6 10s ; small calves, 13s to 14s. Sheep—Ewes, 7s 2d to 7s lOd ; lambs, 5s to 7s lid. Pigs—Small porkers, 15s to 17s ; suckers, 8s to 10s. The following is the New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Company’s report of the Addington market (telegraphed to-night to the Times) :—Double supplies; and Christmas market better ; 350 penned. For prime, competition Was good ; other sorts in excess of requirements. Beef, 17s 6d to 21s per 1001 b. Store and dairy cattle—£ 350 yarded ; good enquiry .ior former at late rates ; dairy, poor sorts, and sold up to £7 10s. Fat lambs—Very heavy entry ; keen competition for those fit for export. Pricos, 10s; 6d to 13s ; others, *7s to 10s. Fat sheep—46oo penned, chiefly second quality, the demand for which was slack and prices easier. Crossbreds met with good enquiry, and values were firm. Crossbred wethers, 12s to 14s 9d ; maiden ewes, 10s to 12s; aged ewes, 7s 6d to 10s 6d ; merino wethers, to 9s 6d. Store sheep—Small entry; prices firm. Two-tooths, 7s 6d to 8s 6d; 4-tooth, to 11s 6d. Pigs—Moderate supply. Pork 3|d to ojd per lb. . - T v' r ''T--,T _
