NET GAIN OF 1019
Returns for November of the arrivals and departures at the various ports of the Colony, excepting Dunedin (which has yet to come to hand), have been made up in itlie' Registrar-General’s department, and show that the arrivals numbered 2802 and the departures 1183, leaving a net gain of 1619. ' , The figures for Auckland, Wellington and the Bluff are as follow :
The returns for November, 1893, were : Arrivals, 2438; departures, 683 : net gain, 1755. -~
