The Wellington Guards finished their season's shooting on Saturday aftern-ion with the annual prize-firing competition. The principal prize (piwented by Mr H. Blundell) was won by Colour-Sergeant Eord, a special handicap having been arranged for that trophy. The scores of C Class also count for the trophies presented by Lieutenants Porritt and McAlister. Private Butler obtained his first * leg-in' for Lieutenant Porritt's trophy._ He has also a ' leg-in ' for Lieutenant McAlister's trophy. Lance-Corporal Bould succeeded in getting his second 'leg-in' for Lieutenant McAlister's trophy, and has also got a ' legin' for Lieutenant Porritt's trophy.
