EARTHQUAKE.
The seismometer at the Colonial Museum records the occurrence of a very, slight current during last night week its direction being from south-east to north-west. (BY TELEGRAPH. —OWN CORRESPONDENT.) Masterton, October 9. A distinct shock of earthquake was noticed here on Thursday at midnight.
