(press association.) Tolcjga Bay, October IS, The Hoa W. P. Reeves, Minister for Justice and Education, has proceeded North from here. His business is a general inspection of the district on. behalf of the Cabinet. The Native schools and land will be inspected, and he will visit the Maoris of the Waipu district, who are stricken with the typhoid fever epidemic. The Minister at the same time is endeavouring to make himself acquainted with the grievous Native land difficulties whioh now prevail along the coast.
