The Jews, who are expelled from Russia, are proceeding to the Argentine Republic. Buenos Ayres, April 15. General Roca, Minister of the Interior, has resigned. Buenos Ayres, April 16. Owing to the want of money the Government has suspended the construction of the proposed railways in the Argentine Republic. Buenos Ayres, April 20. A decree has been issued by the Government of the Republic raising the state of seige which was declared on February 21.
