(PER PRESS ASSOCIATION.) Christchurch, Jnne 23. The ninth annual report of the New Zea. land Farmers’ Co-operative Association is published. The Directors suggest that a further issue of 1000 now shares at a premium of 5s per share be issued to meet the requirements of the intending ‘shareholders. The balance-sheet shows that the not profit for the year is £BBB9 Is 2d ; balance brought forward from lost year, £1915 4s 3d, making the total amount to be dealt with £10,804 5s 4d. The Directors propose the usual dividend of 7 per cent and a bonus of 3J per cent on the called up capital and on shareholders’ purchases of merchandise ; also a bonus of a similar amount on salaries and wages paid during the year, also a bonus of 25 per cent, on all net commissions earned, and 15 per cent, oa marine insurance premiums paid. These bonuses to be claimed by May 31st, J.S9I, or forfeited. They propose to write £3OO off each of the freehold and leasehold properties, to write 20 per cent, off the items machinery and office furniture, to add to reserve fund £ISOO, and to carry forward the balance.
