SPECIAL. Cairo, January 16. Tbe Khedive decorated H. M. Stanley and his party. Emin Bey has suffered a relapse, and his condition is precarious. Cairo, January 16. News is to hand of a terrible famine in tho Soudan. The mortality is reported to be enormous and it is sta‘ed that the Mahdist forces have been disbanded in consequence. Zanzibar, Jauuary 15. Emin Bey has suffered a relapse, and a *0. r i° u 8 discharge is flowing from his ear. The Judical attendants pro pose that the pafieni should undergo an operation. Zanzibar, January IT. The British East Indian squadron has again assembled here. Cairo, Jauuary 19. The Khedive has promised Emin Bey a high post at Suakitn or Wady Haifa.
