SUICIDE.

(PER PRESS - ASSOCIATION.) Dunedin, September 4. Charles Roberts, for many years employed at Mendershausseu’s, died suddenly to-day. From later intelligence it seem? that Roberts committed suicide. He went home to lunch as usual. Hearing a fall upstairs, the landlady sent the lodgers to ascertain the cause, wheu it was found that his bedroom was looked, also the bathroom. On the latter being forced open, Roberts was discovered in a pool of blood with a bullet wound in his forehead.
