Thursday, April 28. Maitai, ss, 162 tons, Dawson,, for Nelson and West Coast. Passengers—Cabin: Miss Taft, Messrs Andrews and Briggs ; 3 steerage. TJ.S.S. Co, agents. Stella, ss, 156 tons, Grey, for French Pass. Aorangi, R.M.S., 2654 tons, Sutcliffe, for Lyttelton. Passengers—Saloon: Mrs and Miss Norrie, Mr Ciapcott. N.Z. Shipping Co, agents. The R. M.S. Tongariro left Lyttelton at 6.50 pm on the 27th, and arrived here at 7.20 am yesterday. She experienced light NE winds and fine weather throughout the passage. The ss Waihi left Blenheim at 7.20 pm on the 27th, crossed the bar at 10.30 pm, and arrived hers at 4.20 am yesterday. She returned la-t night. The ss Stormbird left Wanganui at 11.30 pm on the 27th, and arrived here at 12.45 pm yesterday. She experienced southerly wind throughout, and returns to-day. The ss Rosamond left at 11 pm on the 26th, and arrived here at noon yesterday. She returns to-day.
