THE VOLUNTEER ENCAMPMENT.
{UNITED PRESS ASSOCIATION.) Wanganui, March 30. It is rumored here that the Volunteers will have to go to the encampment in trucks. If so, it is feared it will militate against the attendance, as many Volunteers have stated their intention of not travelling all night in trucks. Some of the officers, too, say they could not ask the men to do what they would not do themselves.
