THE WANKARINGA GOLDFIELD.

Adelaide, October 27.
Latest advices from Wankaringa report that the field will probably give good results ou the reefs being worked, but that there are signs of the surface diggings giving out. The Government geologist has crushed 14 samples received from Wankaringa, of which three proved to be unpayable, the other 11 yielding from half an ounce to one and a half ounces to the ton.
