Passengers—Saloon : Miss and Mrs Dempsey, Messrs Franklyn, Bowman, Jenkius, Bayley, Coupland, Flyger, Wheeler, and Master Wheeler. U.S.S. Co, agents. Omapere, ss, 352 tons, Smith, for Dunedin (direct). Neptune, ss, 44 tons, Eckford, for Blenheim. Levin and Co, agents.
The IJ.S.S. Co’s ss Hawea sailed for Picton, Nelson, New Plymouth, and Onehunga at noon yesterday. The ship Cormorant left Liverpool for Wellington on August sth. The Anchor Line ss Murray arrived from Nelson at Bam yesterday. She left there at 6 o’clock the previous evening, and experienced fine weather across the Straits.
