VOLUNTEER REVIEW AT AUCKLAND.

A review of the Auckland Volunteer forces fciok place this afternoon in the Domain, Colonel Whitmore reviewing and inspecting the troops. He congratulated the Volunteers on the marked improvement in drill and steadiness, and said it was intended to enforce fines against every absentee. A thousand Volunteers were under arms.
