(beuteb’s telegrams.* Paeis, May 21. Cholera has again made its appearance in the South o£ France, two deaths being reported to-day from Marseilles. „ Heelin', May 21. His Majesty the Emperor has granted to the G-erman New Guinea Company, by charter, the recentlyacquired territory of Wilhelmsland, in Northern New G-uinea, and the adjacent islands have also been added to the Company, which will be empowered to establish a State judicial system subject to supremacy of Germany. Paeis, May 22. VietorHugo, the well-known author, died to-day, aged 83. Beelin, May 22. The Earl of Eosebery arrived here to-day from London on a visit. Paeis, May 24. A conflict occurred to-day at the funeral of Victor Hugo, in the cemetery of Pere La Chaise, between the Communists present and the police. In the melee one of the Communists was killed and many were wounded. Thirty arrests have been made.
