Dombrain, “ John Dombrain, “ J. Moore, “ W. L. Standing*, “ Freeman, Messrs. Mason & Paton. The following Resolutions were carried unanimously : Ist. “ That this Meeting fullv approve in every respect of the conduct of the Trustees m the management of the Company’s Affairs, and present their thanks to those Gentlemen tor the trouble they have taken.” 2nd. “ That the Auckland Newspaper and General Printing Company be foithwith dissolved.”
