Appeal to the Benevolent.
THE sympathy of the public is requested o n the part of Mrs. Turtley and her four young Children, the unfortunate Husband and Father of whom was lately drowned, and left them totally unprovided for. Further subscriptions will be thankfully received by Mr. S. A. Wood, Royal Hotel ; Messrs. Williamson and Crummer; and Mr. Kendall' Mechanics' Bay. It is also intended, by a few Friends of the Deceased, to wait personally on many who are desirous of contributing. LIST OF CONTRIBUTIONS RECEIVED, AUGUST 13, 1841.
