The retail price of standard chilled will be 2s Sd a dozen MORE AUSTRALIAN SUGAR Prospects of the Australian sugar crop for the 19Jo season are, to date, most encouraging, says the annual report of the Australian Smrar Producers' Association, Ltd. Production for the 1014 season Is estimated at fi7.000 tons, strainst 523,550 tons for the previous year. Seasonal conditions were better, and more fertiliser was available. Much of the sugar remains in store at mills and ports awaiting transport.
