Stableford: C. Palmer. 34; W. A. Leo and H. Luke, 83. During the season Pupuko won one match on its own course and one at Waitemata, and Wait-emata won one contest on its own links. Remuera.—A match between teams selected by the captain and the secretary resulted in a win for the former by a margin of live games. Four ball Alexander and Rout, 4 up; Massey and Kilgour, 3 up. Akarana. —The closing of the season was held on Saturday afternoon. The prizes won during the season were presented to the various winners by the president Mr J. W. Watson, assisted by Mrs G W. Parker, president of the Akarana Ladies' Club. The closing day competition was for the Kohn Rose Bowl, a mixed four-ball bogey. The winners were W. A. Birkenhead and Mrs Birkenhead. North Shore.—Results of the wartime championships:—A Grade: W. B. Eustace beat T. Miller, 4 and 3; B. Hudson beat C. Rlfodes, 1 up. B Grade: A. Christianson beat A. fruscott, 8 and 6.
