ACTIVITIES OF THE CLUB Although the American Re<l Cross Service Club was closed to servicemen on August 21. its activities have by no means ceased, even temporarily. The club's Wednesday night dances at the Town Hall continue as usual, and men desiring invitations for their guests may obtain them at the recreation huts in ihe camp or in the Red Cross office on the fourth floor of the Dilworth Building In addition, each evening two of the I led Cross girls make a lively round of I'niied States military and naval offices to serve sandwiches, cake and •oticc to the servicemen on duty. A tour of tin Red Cross Clubs in New Zealand wa*» recently completed by Mr.
Grey Lusty, club recreation supervisor of all American Red Cross Clubs in the South and South-west Pacific areas. After a few days in Auckland Mr. Lusty returned to his headquarters in Australia.
