FRESH AWARD DEMANDS [BY TELKGRAI'H —FKKSS ASSOCIATION! WELLINGTON, Tuesday Alleging that the fur trade had been badly afi'ectod by the war import restrictions, employers in Conciliation Council declared that they were unable to agree to any increase in wages to employees. The New Zealand Federated Clothing Trade Employees' Industrial Association of Workers thereupon notified that it would withdraw its application for a new Dominion award covering fur workers and submit fresh demands. Mr. W. J. Mountjoy, employers' advocate, said the employers were agreeable to this being done, as demands for increased wages should never have been made. Mr. J. Roberts, for the workers: They will come forward again.
