CAPTAIN OF BOMBER
Advicj that their son, t Pilot-Officer Eric Yates ; has been appointed captain of a Stirling bomber in England has been received by Leading-Aircraftman J. S. Yates and Mrs. Yates, of Aitken Terrace, Kingsland. Pilot-Officer Yates is 20. Leading-Aircraftman Yates, who is a Mons veteran, is attached to the transport section at the Whenuapai air base.
