FIRST-AID TESTS
The finals of the junior competitions conducted by the Auckland Centre of the New Zealand Red Cross Society were held on Saturday morning. The results are:—Girls' firstaid (Mrs. A. F. D. East's Cup): St. Benedict's School, 97 per cent; runner-up (Mrs. A. M. Ferguson's Cup), Gladstone School, 88 per cent. Boys' first-aid (Mrs. E. E. F. Frost's Cup): Normal School, 80 per cent; runnerup (Red Cross Cup). Bayfield School, 82 per cent. Girls' home nursing (Sister Area's Cup): Kowhai Intermediate School, 91 per cent; runner-up (Mrs. A. M. Ferguson's Cup), Meadowbank School, 90 per cent.
