WEDDING AT BALMORAL
TAYLOR—MUNRO The marriage was solemnised recently at I|almoral Presbyterian Church between Miss Rota Elsie Munro, second daughter of Mrs. H. Munro, of Mount Albert, and Mr. James Taylor, elder son of Mrs. P. Taylor, The service, which was fully choral, was conducted by the Rev. R. N. Alley, and the organist was Mrs. P. Bloy. An anthem was sung by the choir and a solo by Miss M. Inwood. The bride, who was given away by her cousin, Mr. Alfred Jarvis, wore a frock of white lace over satin, cut on princess lines, with a graceful train. Her white tulle veil, which fell from a coronet of orange blossom, was appliqued with true lovers' knots in silver, and she carried a shower bouquet of white roses. The bride was attended by Miss May Aroa and Mrs. Wilfrid Brown, who wore charming frocks of powder blue sheer also fashioned on princess lines. They wore halo hats to match and carried bouquets of pink carnations and sweet peas. The bridegroom was attended by Mr. C. R. Middlebrook as best man and Mr. R. R. Wilson as groomsman. A reception was held at the Farmers' Trading Company tea rooms, where Mrs. Munro received the guests wearing a black Park Parade crepe ensemble with silver fox furs and a black hat. Her bouquet was in autumn tints. The bridegroom's mother was in a navy and white ensemble with a matching hat. She carried a bouquet to tone. Items were given by Miss Muriel Stone, Miss May Aroa and Mr. Ray R. Wilson".
