FIRST DAY CONTESTS SINGLE POOL TOTALISATOR OPPORTUNITY FOR KOTUA Principal races at the opening of the Feilding Jockey Club's Spring Meeting to-day will be the Manchester Handicap and the Flying Handicap. The fields are well-balanced and provision has been made to run the Feilding Juvenile Stakes in two divisions if there are more than 16 starters. The single pool system of betting will be in operation. The Heiuld was advised from, Feilding last evening that the weather had been favourable and tho track was expected to be good, but not hard.
