OIL FUEL BREACHES
A contractor, Frederick W. Parsons (Dr. McElrov), was fined a total of £4 10s by Mr. J. H. Luxford, S.M., yesterday, on two charges of breaches of the oil fuel regulations. Three other charges were dismissed.
